Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and policy allows for 3 days access. Anytime during the first 3 days you can request a refund for online courses with no questions asked. 

For Classroom Courses refunds are only allowed until the day before the class starts.

Any refunded amounts will be less $200 to cover the cost of any printed materials and the shipping costs thereof.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within one week,  please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your account.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges from Classroom to Online and Online to classroom once.

Shipping returns

To return a Tool-set and Samples Kit, you should return ship them in the original packaging to  :

You will be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged products in the Kit.  You will be billed for replacement costs of the components.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
